The District has a fiduciary duty to its taxpayers to attempt to generate revenue (no matter how small) from the disposition of surplus property. For this reason the District is now offering these toters for sale.

Ignore City Invoices for RecyclingA townhome resident reported yesterday that the City sent them an invoice for recycling. If you recieved a bill from the City for recycling, you can ignore it. The District's recycling service for all townhome residents is provided by CRI.

The Lowell Village CommonsThe District has partnered with Downtown Grand Junction REgeneration and the City of Grand Junction to legally-designate the lawn in front of the Lowell School as publicly-accessible open space. The Lowell Village Commons is availible for use by District residents, tenants, and the general public at no charge.

UPDATE: Exterior Window Washing Finished Tomorrow (Friday 3/11)2nd UPDATE: Due to the wet and cold weather the past week, the window washer was unable to finish the exterior windows on Saturday 3/5. They will be finishing up Friday 3/11 sometime between 9am and noon. 2/28 Resumption of Horizontal ConstructionThe Lowell Village Metro District will resume construction of horizontal infrastructure for future townhomes on Monday 2/28. This work will proceed through early May.
Online Maintenance Request FormA reminder to all owners and/or residents of the Lowell Village townhomes and flex suites that the District has an online maintenance request form. All owners and/or residents should use this form to request maintenance of District-maintained common areas and District-owned infrastructure.
Changes to Trash Pick-up Start 2/23The District is switching over to a new trash hauler for the Lowell Village Townomes. This morning's pick up was the last day of trash service provided by GROW. Starting next Wednesday, trash pick-up for the townhomes will be provided by Monument, the same hauler that services the Lowell School. The older trash bins have been removed as of this morning's pick-up.
