Construction resuming on 2/28.

The Lowell Village Metro District will resume construction of horizontal infrastructure for future townhomes on Monday 2/28.  This work will proceed through early May.

The work will generally take place in the southwest quadrant of the townhome site fronting White Avenue.

However, the District's contractor will need to temporarily relocate the trash/recycling dumpsters used by the School and the cluster mailbox used by the Townhomes.

Both the dumpsters and the mailbox will remain accessible during constrruction and both will be moved back to their current locations once this construction work is complete.

Lastly:  the contractor will also need to temporarily fence off certain areas behind the school that have previously been used for School parking.

The above changes are temporary and being made to ensure the safety of residents of the Lowell Village Townhomes, tenants of the Lowell School, and all visitors to our community.

Please exercise the utmost caution when accessing the Lowell Village site during this construction work, and follow any and all direction from the District's contractor.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation during this construction work.  Feel free to reach out directly to Jeremy Nelson with any questions or concerns.  You can email Jeremy at info@LowellMetro.net or call/text him at 970-422-1548.
