Are you looking for a unique, historic, and affordable venue to host your next event in Downtown Grand Junction? The District and its developer REgeneration have partnered to offer indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for events of all sizes.
We can accomodate indoor events at The Historic Lowell School Building ("Old R-5 High") and outdoor events on the Lowell Village Commons (the front lawn of the Lowell School Building).
Our venue fee is an incredible value, and includes the following at no additional charge: tables and chairs for approximately 50 people, projector and screen, wi-fi, parking, clean-up, and event promotion/marketing.
The Lowell School Building's small business tenants and affiliated vendors can also provide optional add-ons for an additional charge, including: on-site food and beverage packages, fun activities during your event, or custom gift bags for your attendees to take home.
