A reminder to all owners and/or residents of the Lowell Village townhomes and flex suites that the District has an online maintenance request form. All owners and/or residents should use this form to request maintenance of District-maintained common areas and District-owned infrastructure.
Typical maintence requests might include:
- Landscaped areas need weeding.
- Alleys or sidewalks need snow or ice removal.
- Someone has dumbed garbage that needs to be cleaned up.
- A stormwater drain inlet is blocked and is causing standing water.
Please let us know if you have any questions about how to use this new form. Don't worry if you're not sure whether the maintenance item is the responsibility of the District, the City, or a private property owner. When in doubt, please go ahead and fill out the form! The District will either address the maintenance request itself if appropriate, or will forward the request to the responsible party.
