Read on for some exciting updates regarding several Lowell School businesses located in the District. On the Move
- Black Sheep Handworx Studio will be moving out of Classroom #1 at the end of March. They will be leaving the Lowell School for a new location. We wish Black Sheep all the best in their new location.
- Blue Heron Gourmet Coffees, Teas, and Spices, Etc. will be moving from Classroom #5A (the principal's office) into Classroom #1 in early April. The larger Classroom #1 will allow Blue Heron to expand their current offerings and serve more customers in their shop.
- Gemini Taproom will be leasing Classroom #5A beginning in early April, right next door to their existing space in Classroom #5. In the immediate term, Gemini plans to use Classroom #5A for expansion/overflow space (office, storage, etc.). Later this year, Gemini plans to open a quick-serve cafe in Classroom #5A that will have "cold kitchen" menu items like soups, salads, and sandwiches.
In the News
- La Fleur by Livvy was recently profiled in a great article in the CMU Criterion: "Smelling Des Fleurs in Grand Junction". La Fleur by Livvy also just recieved a "Cruelty-Free Certification" meaning that none of their products and none of their suppliers' products are ever tested on animals.
