UPDATE: Exterior Window Washing Finished Tomorrow (Friday 3/11)

2nd UPDATE: Due to the wet and cold weather the past week, the window washer was unable to finish the exterior windows on Saturday 3/5. They will be finishing up Friday 3/11 sometime between 9am and noon. The remaining windows left to clean are: a) the 3rd-story townhome windows and b) the windows in the courtyards of the interior townhomes. Thanks for your paitence while we work around weather and limited contractor availibility.

UPDATE: The window washer was unable to finish cleaning all the exterior windows on Thursday 3/3. They will be finishing up Saturday 3/5 sometime between 9am and 3pm. The remaining windows left to clean are: a) the 3rd-story townhome windows and b) the windows in the courtyards of the interior townhomes.

The District will have a contractor washing all exterior windows on the townhomes and garage buildings tomorrow (Thursday 3/3).

This work will be done at no additional charge to property owners. The window washing contractor is Two Guys and a Ladder and came highly recommended.

Please forward this email to any tenants or vacation renters so they know to expect window washers working around the exterior of the buildings.

Apologies for the late notice. We were planning to do this work later in the spring, but the contractor had a cancellation for tomorrow and offered the slot to us. Given how busy all contractors are right now, we wanted to be nimble.
