Changes to Trash Pick-up Start 2/23

The District is switching over to a new trash hauler for the Lowell Village Townomes. This morning's pick up was the last day of trash service provided by GROW. Starting next Wednesday, trash pick-up for the townhomes will be provided by Monument, the same hauler that services the Lowell School. The older trash bins have been removed as of this morning's pick-up.

Monument's slighly larger trash bins from Monument have been dropped off (or will be dropped off soon) in the alley behind the garages. Monument requests that trash bins be set out by 7am every Wednesday morning in the alley behind the garages to ensure you don't miss a pick-up. Monument does not require all trash to be bagged inside the bin as GROW had required.

Recycling: Curbside recycling pick-up with CRI will continue for the time being, but in the near future we'll also be transitioning recycling service to Monument. Monument offers more convenient WEEKLY pickup of SINGLE STREAM recycylables!

Composting: GROW will continue to pick-up composting for the next few weeks, but please stay tuned for an announcement soon regarding changes to composting service.
