Maintenance Requests
Please use the form below to submit maintenance requests for the Metro District's common areas and infrastructure.
To help the District and our contractors better understand and more quickly address the request: please include your contact info, a description of the request, and a photo or video (if possible).
For maintenance requests that represent an imminent danger to persons or property: please call 911 first, and then call the District at (970) 422-1548.
NOTE: The District responds to maintenance tickets within 1 business day. If you do not receive a response within 1 business day, please call or text the District at (970) 422-1548.
