What:  Community Wellness Class (open to the public, all fitness levels welcome)

Where:  On the Lowell School Commons (front lawn) at 310 N. 7th St., Grand Junction, CO 81501

When:  Wendesday 6/29, 7:00 am - 7:50 am

Details:  Join us for a 50-minute stretching, wellness, and conditioning class led by Jim Ettenger from Grand Mesa Wellness (a Lowell School tenant). This class is open to the public and all fitness levels, but limited to 10 participants total. NOTE: the class fee of $10 is to defray costs for Grand Mesa Welness, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please call 970-422-1548 to request a reduction or waiver of the class fee. In addition, $1 of the $10 class fee will be donated to Food Bank of the Rockies.
