What:  Queer Speed-Connecting and Community-Building Event

Where:  The Historic Lowell School Building at 310 N. 7th St., Downtown Grand Junction, CO 81501

When: ​​ Saturday 8/15 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (check in starts at 5:30 pm)

Details:  Gemini Beer Company and Queer Junction are hosting a "Queer Speed-Connecting and Community-Building" event at The Historic Lowell School Building.

From the event hosts:  "Queer Junction and Gemini Beer Company are partnering to curate a speed-meeting styled LGBTQIA2+ community-building and speed-connecting event! There will be an array of food trucks and Gemini drinks available for purchase at the location as well as live music! 

Event schedule:

- 5:30 pm:  Ticket check in outside at Queer Junction booth. Gather/mingle/find your first partner. Grab drinks and food if you want. 

- 6:00 pm:  Event will start! Each round will be 5-10 minutes based on number of attendees. 

- 7:00 pm:  Mix and mingle with people you connected with. 

- 7:30 pm:  Live Music by Grant Gulden and Girl Dad!

Donation-based tickets can be purchased online here. Suggested donation is $10-$15, but there's no set price - pay whatever you can! All funds raised will support Queer Junction for future events and community needs."
