What:  Food Truck Friday @ Lowell School >>> 8 Food Trucks + Craft Beer + Live Music + Artisans + Vendors + Kids' Activities + FREE ICE CREAM

Where:  The Historic Lowell School Building, 310 N. 7th St. at Grand Ave., Downtown Grand Junction, CO 81501. 

When:  Friday 5/3 from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Hours of operation may vary for each of the food trucks and individual activities listed below.

Details:  This week's Food Truck Friday @ Lowell School features...

Eight awesome food trucks: 

• Armando Tacos
• Dango Burrito
• El Capulins Kiddos
• GJ Fusion
• La Pupuseria
• Lucky Thai
• Nebula 1 (flavored non-alcoholic beverages)
• Underdog Cheese

Award-winning craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages available from Gemini Beer Company.

Entertainment, booths, and activities outside on The Commons (the front lawn of the Lowell School):

• Live music from Ken Gentry of Elk Range.
• Local artisans and vendors including CraftRig, Fefia, Greater Good Exchange, Junction Tumbler and Mug, Mom & Anna Stitch-Craft, and Present Moments Art.
• Community non-profit organizations including Community Food Bank of Grand Junction.
• Kids' activities including a bounce house from Shires Bounce Rentals.
• Live painting demonstration from Jeremy Velasquez.

Plus:  It's also First Friday Art Happening @ Lowell School tonight featuring: 

• A new painting exhibit opening at ArtLight Studios (Classroom 11).
• A Creatives Open House with three new artisans at Of Dirt and Wildflowers (Classroom 7).
• Several Lowell School businesses staying open late including Blue Heron Gourmet Spices, Coffees, Teas (Classroom 1).

Last but not least:  FREE ICE CREAM while supplies last courtesy of Atlasta Solar Center (the promotional partner of Lowell School Food Truck Fridays).
