Details: Harmony Animal Matchmaker and Sanctuary will be hosting a FREE dog adoption event on the Lowell Village Commons in front of the Historic Lowell School Building. Harmony has several wonderful dogs currently awaiting adoption by a new family. This event is free and open to the public.
