What:  Explore the Taste and Smell of Yuzu

Where:  La Fleur by Livvy, Classroom #7, The Historic Lowell School Building, 310 N. 7th St., Downtown Grand Junction, CO 81501

When:  Saturday 4/1 at 10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 2:30 pm

Details:  With spring around the corner, La Fleur by Livvy (natural perfumer) and Dirty Lil Cacao (artisanal chocolatier) invite you to a "Scent Immersion" experience focusing on citrus. The citrus chosen for these Saturday workshops is Yuzu, which has been gaining popularity in the perfumery and culinary fields alike. Yuzu is a citrus fruit that is very aromatic and flavorful. Taste and smell are the most interconnected senses, as both involve molecules entering the body and bonding to receptors. At these workshops, you will experience the various facets (or notes) of Yuzu as you first smell it in different hand-crafted perfumes and then taste it in artisan chocolate bon bons filled with this fresh citrus essence. Each workshop is limited to 6 people max to allow for a more tailored sensory experience, and there are only a few spots left.  Click here to register and reserve your place!

Hosts:  Hosted by La Fleur by Livvy. For more info, contact event organizer Livvy Larson with via email or phone at (800) 825-8772.

Sponsors:  In-kind support provided by REgeneration Development and the Lowell Village Metro District.
