What: Community Wellness Class

Details: Join us for a 50-minute stretching, wellness, and conditioning class led by Jim Ettenger from Grand Mesa Wellness (a Lowell School tenant). This class is free, open to the public, and all fitness levels are welcome. Please forward this announcement to others that may be interested in attending. If there is enough interest, we can increase the class size and/or make this a weekly class.
